About Gille

Gille has been using its expertise and the best ingredients to bake delicious cookies since the late 1960s. With a superb range featuring everything from cookies and pastries to biscuits and ginger snaps, Gille is cherishing the Swedish “fika “ (trad. short coffee break) tradition. The cookies are baked in Sweden using recipes inspired by traditional Swedish home-made cookies.
