The delicate and airy little cookies that melt in your mouth have been overwhelmingly popular in Sweden ever since the coffee parties of the 1940s. Dreams are traditionally flavoured with either vanilla or chocolate, but in recent years they have been launched in other new and exciting flavours.
The GILLE brand carries baking traditions on to new generations, developing new tasty flavours along the way. Last summer’s favourite new choices for a ”fika” treat were Lemon Dreams and Caramel Dreams. And for the summer of 2023 we present Summer Dreams with two new flavours, Pear and Vanilla, and Strawberry.
The new arrivals GILLE Dreams With Pear and Vanilla Flavour and GILLE Dreams With Strawberry Flavour will be in shops from April 1st. Each box of Dreams contains 38 light-as-air little bites. This cookie is smaller than the standard Dreams — at just about 4 centimetres across. The new treats are vegan, baked in Sweden, and are amazingly refreshing with your spring and summer “fika” moments!
